Erick Oh is an Oscar nominated Korean filmmaker, and a former Pixar animator based in California. His films have been introduced and awarded at numerous film festivals including Academy Awards, The Emmys, Sundance, SXSW, Annie Awards, Annecy Animation Festival, SIGGRAPH, Ars Electronica and more. With his background in fine art in Seoul National University, Korea and film at UCLA, USA, Erick became an animator at Pixar Animation Studios from 2010 to 2016. Erick is currently working on various projects, ranging from short films, series, VR, media art, installation and more.  Erick recently opened his solo media art exhibition ‘O : Erick Oh Retrospective’ in Jeju, Korea.

Erick’s 8K installation project ‘OPERA’ was nominated for the Oscar
and Erick’s latest film ‘NAMOO’ is currently playing in HBO Max and Meta Quest.
